Honed, cold-drawn seamless and chrome-plated barrel stock, finished to bore tolerance on our own honing and hard-chrome lines.
5 Mountings & Connection Fittings
Made by ORise
Rod eyes, clevises, trunnions and connection fittings machined from forged and bar blanks to drawing.

Ground, polished and hard chrome plated rod, induction hardened on request, from carbon and stainless bar stock.

Ground and threaded tie rods, nuts, washers, bolts and studs for tie-rod style cylinders, to property class 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9.

Cap-end and rod-end heads, gland caps and head covers machined from forging, bar or plate in a single set-up.

Seal kits and cylinder accessories, sourced from qualified suppliers and verified to drawing before despatch. (Valve blocks are machined in house on our CNC centres; see the dedicated Valve Blocks page.)
SUPPLY MODEL
What we make, and what we source
Made in house (categories 1 to 5)
These are forged and machined parts. We hold forging, CNC turning and milling, deep-hole boring and honing, grinding, hard chrome plating, heat treatment and welding in our own plant, so the bore, groove, thread and fit are controlled on our machines and recorded per lot.

- One set-up for concentric features wherever the drawing allows
Sourced via partners (categories 6 to 8)
Welded cylinder assemblies and accessories such as seal kits are supplied through a qualified supplier network. We do not present them as made on our floor. Each item is inspected against the drawing and the relevant standard at incoming QC, and carries the same traceability and certificate discipline as our own parts.

Why we state it plainly. A purchaser who finds a “made in house” claim was actually a silent subcontract loses trust faster than one told the sourcing split at the first enquiry. Stating the model up front is the lower-risk way to win repeat orders.
