Machined Replacement Parts for Hydraulic Breakers
Pistons, front heads, cylinders, back heads, tool bushings and wear parts, machined to fit the major breaker brands. Independent manufacturer, private label available.
A machine shop, not a parts trader
The parts on this page are made on the same turning, boring, honing, grinding and heat-treatment route as our hydraulic cylinder work. A breaker piston is a hardened, ground, close-tolerance cylindrical part, and so is a cylinder rod. That is the honest reason the two lines sit on one site.
We supply independent breaker parts specialists, attachment dealers, rental fleets and repair shops, and we manufacture under our customers’ own labels where that is preferred. We do not claim to be an authorised OEM channel, because we are not one.
※Drawing or sample based ※Private label ※Hardness and case depth recorded per batch ※Material certificates on request

SCOPE
What we make, what we source, what we do not touch
Being explicit about this is a commercial advantage. A buyer who has been burned by a supplier that quoted everything and subcontracted half of it will recognise the difference.

|---|---|
| Chisel / Moil Point / Blunt Tool / Flat Chisel / Conical Tool / Pyramid Tool | Machined in house |
| Piston | Machined in house |
| Front Head / Back Head | Machined in house |
| Cylinder | Machined in house |
| Through Bolt / Side Bolt / Tie Rod | Qualified partner process |
| Tool Bushing – Upper / Lower / Thrust Ring | Machined in house |
| Seal Kit | Bought-in component |

| Spring Pin / Top Buffer / Elastic Pad / Shock Absorber | Bought-in component |
♦Machined in house means the part is cut, heat treated where required and finished on our own equipment, with our own inspection records.
♦Qualified partner process covers operations we do not own. Through bolts must be thread rolled rather than single-point turned, because rolled threads have materially better fatigue life and through-bolt fracture is one of the classic breaker failure modes. Where we do not own the rolling machine, we say so.
♦Bought-in component covers elastomer and hydraulic items: seal kits, diaphragms, accumulators and valves. We can consolidate them into a shipment, but we will not present them as our manufacture.
♦Stated plainly. Each route on this page is labelled machined in house, qualified partner process or bought-in component, so you can plan your own verification rather than take the category on trust
Category names follow the terminology used in European and North American aftermarket catalogues, so that they match the words dealers actually search with.

Find Parts by Model *
Search published breaker data by brand, model and tool diameter, then send us the part you need. Tool diameter is the key that drives bushing bore, blank size and pin geometry.
Tool Bushings
Upper, lower and thrust bushings sized from the published tool diameter of the model.
Breaker Pistons
Hardened and ground breaker pistons, produced from a drawing, a sample or a scan of a worn part.
–
–
Through Bolts & Side Bolts
Tie rods and side bolts in alloy steel, thread
rolled, with the tensile class stated.
–
Front Heads & Cylinders
Heavy machined bodies: front heads, cylinders and back heads, bored and honed to the piston fit.
–
–
Chisels Moil Points
Moil points, chisels, blunt and conical tools
through a forging partner, with the hardness profile stated.
MATERIALS
Material and heat treatment
Published industry reference values, shown for benchmarking. Our own values are stated per part number on the quotation and recorded on the batch certificate.
| PART | GRADE | HARDNESS | NOTE |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chisel / piston | 42CrMo4 | Surface 58-62 HRC | Induction or surface hardened, case 4-8 mm |
| Chisel, alternative practice | 40CrMo / 42CrMo | Surface 51±3 HRC, core 35±3 HRC | Dual-hardness design, intended to resist brittle fracture |
| Through / side bolt | SCM435 / 42CrMo | Class 12.9 | Thread rolled, not turned |

For breaker parts a photograph with a scale rule and the model designation is often enough to start. We will confirm dimensions before quoting.
