The resolution is the file, not the form. Once a drawing is attached, thirty dimensional fields become redundant, because the answers are in the drawing. That is the real reason “Upload a Drawing” is the primary call to action across this site rather than “Contact Us”.
If you do not have a drawing
- Breaker parts: send the machine brand and model, the OEM part number if it is stamped on the old part, and a photograph with a scale rule alongside.
- Cylinder parts: send the worn part’s key dimensions, the seal manufacturer and series, and the working pressure.
- Either: we can measure a sample you ship to us and produce the drawing ourselves, which we then send back for your approval before cutting metal.
