Industries Served
Where our components end up, and what changes about the specification in each application.
Construction Equipment
Excavator, loader, dozer and telehandler cylinder components, and replacement parts for the breaker attachments those machines carry
What changes: shock loading and site debris. Rod dent resistance matters more than surface finish, which pushes the specification towards induction hardening with a stated case depth.
Material Handling
Forklift, telehandler and crane cylinder components, mast sections, outrigger and stabiliser parts.
What changes: duty cycle. High cycle counts at modest pressure make bore finish and seal housing accuracy the dominant life factor.
Demolition & Recycling
Breaker pistons, front heads, bushings and wear parts supplied to attachment dealers, rental fleets and repair shops.
What changes: availability. This is a rebuild market where the machine is idle until the part arrives, so stock position and shipping method are part of the offer.
Agricultural Machinery
Tie-rod and welded cylinder parts, chrome rod and honed tube in the length and diameter range typical of agricultural implements.
What changes: fertiliser and slurry are corrosive, and machines stand outdoors for months. Salt-spray performance and the nickel underlayer option become the deciding specification.
Industrial & Marine
Press, lifting and deck equipment cylinder components where a corrosion specification is usually explicit.
What changes: documentation. Material traceability and test certificates are commonly contractual rather than optional.
Mining & Quarrying
Heavy-section machined components and breaker parts for high-impact, high-hour applications.
What changes: everything is bigger and downtime is more expensive. Buyers here care about lead time and repeatability more than unit price.
Tell us the application, not only the dimensions
Duty cycle, environment and expected service life change the material and process recommendation more than the drawing does.
