Buyers do not need adjectives about precision. They need to know the largest bore we can hone, the longest rod we can grind, the heaviest part we can lift and the tolerance we can hold repeatably rather than once.

The tables on the process pages below are written to be read by a manufacturing engineer deciding whether to send a drawing. Where a figure is a typical production value it is labelled as such, and where it is a limit that requires a specific machine and a specific set-up, it says that too.

Six processes, one building. Parts do not leave the site between operations except for the processes we explicitly identify as partner operations. Fewer handoffs means fewer places for a batch to be substituted or a record to be lost.
