ORise Machinery has been machining hydraulic components since 2003. We are not a trading office with a catalogue: every tube we hone, every rod we grind and every piston we turn is produced on our own machines, by our own operators, against your drawing and your tolerance stack.

Our plant runs 310+ machine tools across turning, milling, deep-hole boring, honing, cylindrical and centreless grinding, and welding. Typical work is drawing-based, repeat-order component supply for hydraulic cylinder manufacturers, mobile equipment OEMs and hydraulic repair shops.

• Special manual deburring tool available for unreachable corners

• 100% Ultra-Sonic Test or Radiographic Test
• 100% Liquid Pressure Test after machining

No tolerance beyond:

• Traceability marks
• PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
• SPC (Statistical Process Control)
